Capitalize strings similar to book titles

Python-Titlecase is a Python port of John Gruber's It capitalizes (predominantly English) strings in a way that is similar to book titles, using the New York Times Manual of Style to leave certain words lowercase.


Install python-titlecase 0.12.0 as follows:

guix install python-titlecase@0.12.0

Or install the latest version:

guix install python-titlecase
