The Qt WebChannel module enables peer-to-peer communication between the host (QML/C++ application) and the client (HTML/JavaScript application). The transport mechanism is supported out of the box by the two popular web engines, Qt WebKit 2 and Qt WebEngine.

Installation

Install qtwebchannel 5.15.17 as follows:

guix install qtwebchannel@5.15.17

Or install the latest version:

guix install qtwebchannel

The qtwebchannel package provides more outputs besides the default (out). You can install them by appending :output-name to the package specification. For example:

guix install qtwebchannel:debug
