Summary statistics for rows and columns of sparse matrices

This package provides high performance functions for row and column operations on sparse matrices. Currently, the optimizations are limited to data in the column sparse format.

Installation

Install the latest version of r-sparsematrixstats as follows:

guix install r-sparsematrixstats

Or install a particular version:

guix install r-sparsematrixstats@1.16.0

You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell documentation for more information.
