setxkbmap

Set the keyboard using the X Keyboard Extension

Setxkbmap is an X11 client to change the keymaps in the X server for a specified keyboard to use the layout determined by the options listed on the command line.

Installation

Install the latest version of setxkbmap as follows:

guix install setxkbmap

Or install a particular version:

guix install setxkbmap@1.3.4

You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell documentation for more information.
