Format linguists' examples

This bundle comprises two packages: the linguex package facilitates the formatting of linguist examples, automatically taking care of example numbering, indentations, indexed brackets, and the * in grammaticality judgments. The ps-trees package provides linguistic trees.

Installation

Install texlive-linguex 2025.2 as follows:

guix install texlive-linguex@2025.2

Or install the latest version:

guix install texlive-linguex

The texlive-linguex package provides more outputs besides the default (out). You can install them by appending :output-name to the package specification. For example:

guix install texlive-linguex:doc

You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell documentation for more information.
