exonerate
Generic tool for biological sequence alignment
Exonerate is a generic tool for pairwise sequence comparison. It allows the alignment of sequences using a many alignment models, either exhaustive dynamic programming or a variety of heuristics.

Installation
Install the latest version of exonerate as follows:
guix install exonerate
Or install a particular version:
guix install exonerate@2.4.0
