gnome-dictionary

Look up words in dictionary sources

GNOME Dictionary can look for the definition or translation of a word in existing databases over the internet.

Installation

Install the latest version of gnome-dictionary as follows:

guix install gnome-dictionary

Or install a particular version:

guix install gnome-dictionary@40.0

You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell documentation for more information.
