kglobalaccel
Global desktop keyboard shortcuts
KGlobalAccel allows you to have global accelerators that are independent of the focused window. Unlike regular shortcuts, the application's window does not need focus for them to be activated.

Installation
Install the latest version of kglobalaccel as follows:
guix install kglobalaccel
Or install a particular version:
guix install kglobalaccel@5.116.0
You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell documentation for more information.
