Preprocessing tools for oligonucleotide arrays
This package provides a package to analyze oligonucleotide arrays (expression/SNP/tiling/exon) at probe-level. It currently supports Affymetrix (CEL files) and NimbleGen arrays (XYS files).

Installation
Install the latest version of r-oligo as follows:
guix install r-oligo
Or install a particular version:
guix install r-oligo@1.70.0
