Sparse truncated singular value decomposition

This package provides a Wrapper around the SVDLIBC library for (truncated) singular value decomposition of a sparse matrix. Currently, only sparse real matrices in Matrix package format are supported.

Installation

Install r-sparsesvd 0.2-2 as follows:

guix install r-sparsesvd@0.2-2

Or install the latest version:

guix install r-sparsesvd
