texlive-stricttex

Strictly balanced brackets and numbers in command names

This is a small, LuaLaTeX-only package providing you with three, sometimes useful features. It allows you to make brackets [...] strict, meaning that each [ must be balanced by a ]. It also allows you to use numbers and primes in command names.

Installation

Install the latest version of texlive-stricttex as follows:

guix install texlive-stricttex

Or install a particular version:

guix install texlive-stricttex@2025.2

You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell documentation for more information.
