Successor of GNU Wget
GNU Wget2 is the successor of GNU Wget, a file and recursive website downloader. Designed and written from scratch it wraps around libwget, that provides the basic functions needed by a web client.

Installation
Install the latest version of wget2
as follows:
guix install wget2
Or install a particular version:
guix install wget2@2.2.0
You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell
