wxwidgets

Widget toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces

wxWidgets is a C++ library that lets developers create applications with a graphical user interface. It has language bindings for Python, Perl, Ruby and many other languages.

Installation

Install the latest version of wxwidgets as follows:

guix install wxwidgets

Or install a particular version:

guix install wxwidgets@2.8.12

You can also install packages in augmented, pure or containerized environments for development or simply to try them out without polluting your user profile. See the guix shell documentation for more information.
